Delete Account Policy

At Languagator, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. Below are the steps and details on how to permanently delete your account and remove all associated data from our servers.

1. How to Delete Your Account from the App

The fastest and most direct way to delete your account is from within the Languagator mobile application:

1. Open the Languagator app on your mobile device.
2. Navigate to the Profile / Settings screen (accessible via the profile icon on the main screen).
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the profile settings.
4. Tap on Delete Account.
5. Confirm your decision in the popup confirmation dialog.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent. Once confirmed, your credentials, translation history, and saved favorites will be instantly and permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

2. Request Account Deletion via Email Support

If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access your account, you can request manual deletion of your account and data:

• Send an email to our support team at support@languagator.com.
• Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
• Clearly state the email address associated with the Languagator account you wish to delete.

Once your request is received, our support team will verify your identity and delete your account and data within 48 hours. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the deletion process is complete.

3. What Data is Removed?

When your account is deleted, the following actions are executed permanently:

• Your user profile, email address, and authentication credentials are permanently purged.
• Your entire translation history and favorites are deleted from our active database.
• Any device tokens associated with push notifications are unlinked and deleted.
